Activities perfect for everyone who wants to feel the joy of movement.
Teacher: Patrycja Zaslawska
✔️ Physical Theatre Movement - The human body is incredible and multifunctional. Sometimes we don't realize how much potential it holds. We leave our body with a few functions: sitting, lying, walking, and forget about its endless possibilities.
The key to unlocking these possibilities is PLAY. Real, childlike, liberating play. Think back to your childhood: how wonderful it was to climb trees, jump over the rope, dive into the sea waves until your lips turned blue. We explored this world and our bodies and felt happy in this endless game. Together, we will plunge into this childhood excitement and delight of play to feel free and happy again.
Teacher: Maria Bakumenko
✔️ Feldenkrais Method into dance – an organic learning process that helps a person to spontaneously move more easily in fundamental human movements like rolling, turning, speaking, writing, and walking. Contain elements of Contact Improvisation.
The Feldenkrais method is one of the most intelligent approaches to the human body and its movement - It teaches one how to use his body in an organic way, how to improve the quality of movement by increasing awareness of the self and exploring more movement possibilities.
The Feldenkrais Method was developed by Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais (1904-1984) - physicist, engineer, martial artist, educator and researcher.
The Feldenkrais Method is practiced by A.T.M (Awareness through Movement) - a verbally guided group movement lesson and FI (Functional Integration) - consisting of one-on-one lessons.
Teacher: Alon Ritter
✔️ Jam Session - Dance and celebrate while using everything you learned in a friendly environment full of like minded movers!
